These terms apply to every order placed with Qadri Market, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By using this website or placing an order you accept them. Please read the sections on handmade variation and returns before you buy.

1. About us

Qadri Market is a studio selling handmade Islamic art and home pieces — resin wall frames, Quran boxes and rehels, car decoratives, caps, clocks and stands. You can reach us at qadrimarket17@gmail.com.

2. Products and handmade variation

• Every piece is made by hand. Colour depth, gold-leaf placement, crystal distribution and surface texture vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs shown.
• Photographs are taken in daylight and are as accurate as we can make them. Screens vary, so a small difference in tone is normal.
• Variation is a feature of handmade work, not a defect, and is not by itself a reason for return.
• Wall frames are made in four sizes: 1×2 ft, 1.5×3 ft, 2×4 ft and 3×6 ft. Measurements are approximate and refer to the outer frame.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping within India is free. Any charge for a special service will be quoted and agreed before the order is confirmed.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to it.
• Payment must be completed before dispatch, unless cash on delivery has been agreed in writing.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold or cancel the order.

4. Orders and acceptance

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email or dispatch it.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the piece is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• If we cancel after payment, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the details were wrong.

5. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch takes 2–4 working days for pieces in the current collection and longer for custom sizes. Delivery within India usually takes a further 3–7 working days. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

Returns are accepted for pieces that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered. Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Custom-size and personalised pieces cannot be returned. The full process is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Custom and bulk orders

• Custom sizes, colours and bulk orders are quoted individually and may require a deposit.
• Once production has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled.
• Bulk and wedding orders are planned to a agreed date; delays caused by couriers or weather are outside our control.

8. Care of your piece

Resin and gold leaf should be kept away from direct sunlight, water and heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Hanging hardware must be fixed into a wall that can carry the weight. Damage caused by incorrect hanging, drops or cleaning is not covered.

9. Intellectual property

The photographs, text, designs and calligraphy layouts on this site belong to Qadri Market. You may share links and images for personal, non-commercial use with credit. Reproducing our designs for sale is not permitted.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the piece until it is delivered, and for replacing or refunding it under the returns policy. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed occasions, or for damage caused after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
